陳晉杰畢業於英國倫敦皇家音樂學院 (Royal College of Music, London)，獲取音樂碩士（主修音樂演奏，副修鋼琴伴奏）及香港中文大學文學士（主修音樂｜副修法語）。
陳氏活躍於鋼琴獨奏及室樂演奏，足跡遍及英國 St Mary Abbots Church、倫敦帝國學院、Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall、韓國 Ewon Cultural Center及香港大會堂等地。
陳氏於英國皇家音樂學院隨 Gordon Fergus-Thompson 及 Elizabeth Burley 分別習鋼琴演奏及鋼琴伴奏，並跟隨弦樂系系主任 Mark Messenger 習室內樂，就讀期間亦得到 Dina Parakhina、Peter Jablonski 和 Andrew Ball 的指導。陳氏於香港中文大學師隨馬驄先生習琴，現跟隨羅乃新女士繼續鑽研音樂。
在學期間，陳氏曾獲崇基學院、香港中文大學及香港特區政府頒發奬學金，以表揚其音樂及學術方面的卓越成就。除此之外，陳氏亦考獲英國聖三一音樂學院中提琴高級演奏文憑（LTCL)。
Chan Chun Kit, Kelvin received his Master of Music in Piano Performance from the Royal College of Music, London in 2018. He studied piano performance and collaborative piano with Gordon Fergus-Thompson and Elizabeth Burley, and chamber music with Mark Messenger, head of the Department of Strings. During his studies, he also received guidance from Dina Parakhina, Peter Jablonski and Andrew Ball. He studied with Andrew Ma Cong, where he obtained his Bachelor degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He now studies with Nancy Loo to a further extent.
As an active solo and collaborative pianist, he has performed throughout the world, namely St Mary Abbots Church, Imperial College London, Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, Ewon Cultural Center in South Korea, and Hong Kong City Hall.
During his studies, Chan was awarded scholarships by Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong SAR Government in recognition of his outstanding achievements in music and academics. In addition, Chan also obtained the Licentiate of Trinity College London (LTCL) in Viola Performance.
